1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Padeliva LLC for your use of the Padeliva app and website (together, "Padeliva" or "the platform").

Padeliva LLC — Limited Liability Company

Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Commercial Licence No. 2647034.01

Contact: info@padeliva.ai

By creating an account you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use Padeliva.

How we handle your personal information is explained separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your relationship with us but is not a contract term.

2. Who Can Use Padeliva

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are.

Padeliva is not currently designed for use by minors, and we do not offer a parental or guardian consent process. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated personal information.

You may hold only one personal account, and it is yours alone — please don't share your login with anyone else.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your password secure. Please tell us promptly at info@padeliva.ai if you think someone else has access to your account.

You agree that the information on your profile — including your name and playing level — is accurate. Padeliva is used to organise real matches between real people, and other players rely on it.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy explains exactly what happens to your data when you do.

4. How You May Use Padeliva

Padeliva is for organising and playing padel. You agree not to:

5. Court Bookings

Courts are owned and operated by clubs, not by Padeliva. When you book a court through the platform, your booking is with the club. Padeliva provides the booking system.

The club sets the price, the availability, and its own rules of entry and conduct. Cancellation and refund terms for a booking are set by the club and shown to you before you confirm.

If a club cancels, closes a court, or cannot honour a booking, we will pass on whatever the club offers, but Padeliva is not the provider of the court and cannot guarantee it.

6. Tournaments, Social Events and Open Matches

Tournaments and social events are run by organisers and clubs, who are responsible for the format, the schedule, the rules, the prizes and the conduct of the event. Padeliva provides the software they use to run it.

When you register for an event, you agree to that organiser's rules and to attend as entered. Entry fees, withdrawal deadlines and refund terms are set by the organiser and shown before you confirm.

An organiser may need to change a schedule, a draw, or a format — including after entries open — and may remove a participant for misconduct or a breach of the event rules.

For open matches, you're agreeing to play with the other participants. Please turn up, or withdraw in good time so someone else can take your place.

7. Payments, Fees and Refunds

Where a booking or entry is paid online, payment is processed by Stripe. Padeliva does not store your card details.

Prices are set by the club or organiser and shown to you before you pay, including any applicable taxes. Padeliva may take a commission from the amount you pay; this comes out of the total and does not increase the price you see.

Some clubs and organisers accept payment at the venue instead. Where that applies, your booking or entry is still a commitment, and the venue will collect payment from you directly.

Refunds

8. Results, Ratings and Rankings

Padeliva calculates a skill rating for you automatically from your match results. The rating is generated by our system and is an estimate, not an official classification by any padel federation.

Results are entered by organisers, clubs, or by the players in a match, depending on the format. We do not independently verify every score. If a result is wrong, raise it with the organiser or club first; we can correct clear errors.

We may adjust or reset a rating where we find manipulation, false results, or an obvious error.

You can object to automated profiling, including ratings — see Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Match Video and AI Analysis

Some courts are fitted with cameras that record or stream matches, and some offer automated performance analysis. Where you play on such a court, you will appear in that footage.

Cameras are operated by the club or its provider, not by Padeliva, and the club is responsible for making their presence clear at the venue. What is captured, who processes it, and how you can decline analysis are all set out in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

Where analysis is offered as a paid feature, the price is shown before purchase. If the analysis cannot be produced for a match you paid for, we refund it.

10. Content You Submit

You keep ownership of the content you upload — your profile photo, scores, and anything else you submit.

By submitting it, you give Padeliva permission to host, display and use that content to operate the platform: showing your photo to other players where you've consented, publishing results in draws and standings, and so on. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where a result forms part of another player's match record.

We may remove content that breaches Section 4.

11. Our Intellectual Property

Padeliva, its name, logo, software, design and content belong to Padeliva LLC and are protected by law. These Terms give you permission to use the platform; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works from the platform, or use our branding without our written permission.

12. Clubs, Organisers and Other Players

Padeliva connects you with clubs, organisers and other players. We are not responsible for their conduct, and we do not control the venues where you play.

Padel is a physical sport. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for making sure you are fit to play. Any injury or damage at a venue is a matter between you and the venue operator.

13. Suspension and Closure of Accounts

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms — in particular Section 4 — or where we are required to by law, or where we reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently or to harm others.

Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first. If we close your account, any refund you're due under a club's or organiser's terms remains payable.

You can close your account at any time, for any reason, from within the app.

14. Availability of the Service

We work to keep Padeliva running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or entirely free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance.

Where a change materially reduces what the service does, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.

15. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that:

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue.

The "Last Updated" date above always shows the current version.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@padeliva.ai — most issues are resolved quickly and informally. If we can't resolve it, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction.

Nothing here removes any right you have under UAE consumer protection or data protection law.
